Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We normally ship United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service depending on customer's choice. Normal shipping time after order is received is between one to three business days. If orders are received early enough in the day, same day shipping is often possible.

Please note there is a shipping calculator built in to the order form within the shopping cart that can be used to compare various shipping costs and options.

We guarantee our products to be free from defects to the greatest extent possible. Orders found to be defective can be returned for credit or replacement.

ORDER ERRORS

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item by mistake, and after you notify us of the error, we will ship the correct item as quickly as possible.  In most cases, we will issue you a return label with postage affixed so that you can return the incorrect item.  If we have not received the incorrect item back within 3 weeks, you will be billed for the item you received in error.


RETURN POLICY

VINYL DOLLS, PLUSH TOYS & TEAWARE MAY BE RETURNED AS LONG AS THEY ARE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND WRAPPING MATERIAL AND HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURANCE ON RETURNED ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED. WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PORCELAIN DOLLS, OR THE DOLLMAKER DOLLS UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION. THESE DOLLS ARE COLLECTORS' ITEMS AND ONCE OPENED, THEY LOSE THEIR VALUE AND CANNOT BE RE-SOLD. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will authorize you to return the damaged item for refund or exchange. Returns must be in original box with original packaging material unless your item was shipped to you in a white vinyl mailer. PLEASE CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE. Please include original invoice with your return. so we will know who returned the item.  SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.  If you wish to return your purchase you must do so within 15 days of receipt of your order.  After we receive the returned item in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, we will credit your account.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please call us within 5 days of receipt for return or replacement.  You  will be reimbursed for shipping and insurance if applicable, on items that were received in damaged condition.  If a replacement is sent to you, you will not be charged shipping charges for the replacement item.  If you have any questions regarding shipping or return issues, please call us at 714-558-8900 and we will be happy to speak with you.
